01. Scope of Service
KiloLine ("kiloline.net", "we", "us") provides a programmable, reverse-proxy network gateway, request buffering queue, and concurrency orchestration layer for self-hosted AI compute instances (including but not limited to third-party providers such as Vast.ai, RunPod, Lambda Labs, or on-premise hardware).
KiloLine operates strictly as a transmission and traffic smoothing conduit. KiloLine does not own, train, or host the underlying machine learning models executed on your target instances.
02. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Workloads
You agree not to use KiloLine to transmit or facilitate any of the following:
- Content that violates international, federal, state, or local laws.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual deepfake generation.
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated scrapers, or network exploitation payloads.
- Malware, spyware, or malicious code generation intended to compromise infrastructure.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent account termination.
03. Target Host Availability & Disclaimer
Because KiloLine routes requests to target hardware provisioned independently by you (such as interruptible spot instances on Vast.ai), KiloLine is not liable for data loss, inference timeouts, or service interruption caused by hardware termination, GPU CUDA errors, out-of-memory crashes on your own container, or network partitioning at your compute host.
While our circuit breaker and failover systems will attempt to redirect traffic to designated standby nodes, the ultimate availability of third-party compute remains your responsibility.
04. Fair Use & Queue Backpressure
To maintain global edge network stability, accounts are subject to configured maximum concurrency slots and persistent queue depth caps. Requests exceeding maximum buffer limits may be rejected with HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) to prevent cascading degradation.
05. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL KILOLINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR COMPUTE COSTS) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR ROUTING SERVICES.
